Training Policy

Payment

Either payment or a valid purchase order must be received for each student before the start of class.

Substitution/Rescheduling/Cancellation

Substitution of students is permitted at any time. Rescheduling or canceling a student is also permitted without penalty, as long as Netanium is notified 15 days prior to the class. If a student reschedules within 15 days of the class, an additional 10% will be charged. If a student cancels within 15 days of the class, a 50% fee will be charged.
